PRICE                                                                                                                                                           

$1.29 per minute if the call is made from the United States, Canada, France, Italy, UK, Spain and Ireland. The price includes long distance charges and interpreting from English to Ukrainian / Russian and vice versa.

$0.89 per minute if you make the phone connections. The price includes translation services only. Your phone must have a capability for 3-way conferencing calls in order you are able to set up a call.  

You can purchase international phone cards at International prepaid phone cards

$ 4.99 (set-up fee) if you want the interpreter to call your party to arrange the call at the time convenient for both parties. The set-up fee will be waived if you prepay 30 minutes for the call.

Though we prefer a 24 to 48 hour notice in order to set up a phone call, we accommodate urgent requests upon interpreter’s availability at no extra charge.

PAYMENT                                                                                                                                                     

100% pre-payment is required for all the calls, 20 minutes minimum. All the unused funds will be used towards your future calls or refunded to you. Once we confirm your order, you will receive an invoice by email that will indicate how you can make a payment online.
